I am a graphic designer from Leicester whose work deals with
nostalgia, archive and the role of the human hand in the process of making. I
love to work with handcrafts such as knit, carpentry, metalwork and print and
learning through crafting physical outcomes.
My work focuses on the use of fragments and how to unite different things, creating something new from them. My work often looks to the past for inspiration; transforming those influences and bringing in a playful contemporary perspective.
Recently I have been exploring with mixing knitting, technology and interactivity, aiming to produce design work that creates unpredictable outcomes and surprises along the way.
